The problem
A leadership consultancy produces content constantly. Every session needs a deck, every deck a workbook, every seminar a flyer. Hiring a designer was not justifiable and doing it in the gaps was not sustainable.
What we did
We built the system first: type, color, grids, illustration language, and repeating components that carry teaching structure rather than just decorating it. Then we made everything on it.
The outcome
80+ documents, plus letterhead, business cards, seminar flyers and one-pagers, all recognizably from the same place. The relationship has run 5 years.
